Didi`s not so secret diary

Nature Box Shampoo Volume with almond oil.

The last shampoos I tried were not my cup of tea. Not only that, but they caused flaking and itching on my scalp. Anywhere I was, I would have caught myself scratching my head. This is not good for several reasons. So, the first reason is that we create sores on the scalp by scratching. And the second reason is, people will think I have bugs in my hair. And I don’t want that.😅

So I started looking for mild shampoo. Something that will wash my hair without drying it. I wouldn’t mind a little volume as well. My sister bought a conditioner from this brand, so I also looked for a shampoo. I must say that at the beginning of my blogging I tried their lotion. And that was a really long time ago. So let’s see how this experiment ended.

The Appearance Of The Product

Firstly, the bottle looks beautiful, and inside there are 380 ml of shampoo. In my opinion, that’s a decent amount. Although the bottle is purple, the texture is transparent. It has normal thickness for one shampoo.

Now, the smell confuses me a bit. It smells very much like marzipan. I’m not sure if I’m a fan of this because I don’t like marzipan. But the luck is that the smell doesn’t linger in the hair for very long.

The feeling on the hair

Since I have oily hair, I always have to shampoo twice. Well, it is the same with this shampoo. It foams very well, and the marzipan doesn’t stay in the nose for long.😅😅😅

Further, what I like about this product is that it washes the scalp and does not dry the hair. Because I’m blonde and you know how dry blonde hair is, this is very important to me. Another plus is that it doesn’t make hair greasy. That was my biggest fear because it contains almond oil. I normally use almond oil, but I only put it on the ends of my hair. But this product is not greasy at all.

Olaplex Hair Perfector No.3 Review

It gives decent volume, nothing glamorous. But that could be because I have very long hair. And shampoos for volume have more effect on shorter hair. (At least it seems to me that way.) It doesn’t weigh down the hair in any way, and it didn’t cause any skin irritation.

Conclusion

So after fiasco with the shampoos, this one improved things. My scalp no longer itches, the redness has subsided. And that means that this shampoo was worth it.

As I said, there is nothing glamorous here. But I like how soft and light it is. And that’s why I’ll be looking for more products from this brand.

Have you tried this? Which volume shampoo is your favorite?
