How To Look Fresh and ready for a new day right in the morning?
We all know that sleep is the key to beautiful skin. So even though we all know this, we also know that we are not always able to have 7-8 hours of quality sleep.
Some of you have small children, some have demanding jobs. Of course, there are also everyday worries that keep us awake…And there are nights when we just want to watch a movie or more series on Netflix. So we postpone going to bed until we watch all 10 episodes.
Yes, there are a lot of reasons …. Then we get up in the morning and look in the mirror (or sometimes we avoid the mirror😅😅😅).
Here are some tips for you on how to reduce facial puffiness and make your face look fresh in the morning. Just to note that I am not an expert and this works for me and doesn`t necessarily mean that it will suit everyone.

How To Look Fresh
1.Cucumber And Milk
What do you think about cucumbers? Yes, cucumbers are great in a salad, refreshing. But I love it on the face as well.
Of course, there are cucumber rings, simple but effective. Firstly, put cold cucumber rings on your face, lean back, relax and wait for it to work. While you wait for it to work, pour yourself a glass of water. Secondly, put a few rings of cucumber in water, a few mint leaves and a lemon and you will get flavored water. This way you will do something for yourself and your skin from the outside and the inside.
(So, just be careful if you are allergic to any of these ingredients do not drink this or put it on your face.)

2.Soothing Facial Masks
If you are not a person who loves DIY then this is for you. Every time I don’t have the will or cucumbers for DIY, there is a facial mask in my fridge.
Yes, ice. Ice is great for refreshing the face in the morning. Not only will it reduce facial puffiness but it will also wake you up quickly.
If you have not slept well then the ice will quickly lift you to your feet. Make ice cubes, as a bonus, you can grate a cucumber from the story above. Mix it with water and freeze. In the morning, massage your face with it.
So, with ice cubes, you can massage the whole face and not just the areas around the eyes.
In conclusion, these are some of the simplest solutions to freshen up your face in the morning. You already have most of these things at home.
So my dears, coffee in hand (I heard some people drink tea in the morning😮), ice, cucumber or face mask on your face and enjoy. Relax and refresh your face.
Further, allow yourself those little moments just for yourself. It doesn’t matter if it’s 5 minutes or 10. Close your eyes, smell the coffee (or tea), and let the silence caress your soul and body.
