In short, this reminder is not just for you dear readers. This is a reminder for me too. The other day I was thinking about how hard it is to keep track of everything. It often happens that I forget certain things myself.
Sometimes I realize that I forgot to drink vitamins, magnesium that day or even forget to eat a banana. Such things should not be allowed to happen. No matter how much work we had and how many things we had in mind. Our health, body, and spirit should be somewhere at the top of our “do for the day” list.
So, with that in mind, I decided to make this little reminder and tips that you shouldn’t forget to do for yourself. If you want that your skin is shiny, bright, and healthy do not forget some things.
Print this out and leave it somewhere where you can always see it. That way you will always keep that in mind.

I put this first because it is extremely important. I have noticed if I don’t drink enough water it affects my skin. My lips become chapped and dry no matter how much I apply the lip balm. The skin becomes dry no matter how much body lotion I applied.
So just as we need to hydrate the skin from the outside, we need to hydrate it from the inside as well. Drink water and let this be a reminder to you.
Secondly, use body lotions and oils … It all depends on your skin type and your skin needs. Look for what suits you best and pamper your skin with it.
An extremely important thing. (I have to engrave this reminder in my memory). It is very important to protect the skin from harmful UV rays.
In addition, I only used protection from spring to fall. In winter, I did not use products that contain protection from harmful rays. I recently read on Instagram that I should protect myself in the winter as well, so I will listen to that advice.
Exfoliate at least once or twice a week. Again it depends on the type of skin. If you have sensitive skin, once a week is enough. Also, be careful what you exfoliate the skin with. If your skin is hypersensitive, look for a milder variant.
Above all, don’t forget to exfoliate your lips as well. That will remove dead cells and stimulate circulation.
And no, I’m not reminding you that you have to take a shower.😅 I know you all take regular showers. Here I remind you to take a shower with lukewarm water.
I am one of those people who loves a hot shower. But I have noticed that after a hot shower my skin has a bad reaction. It starts to itch terribly.
Supposedly this comes because the hot water dries out the skin. Not only that, but it also dilates the blood vessels and capillaries and because of that the skin can be red.
So my dear ones no more hot baths, lukewarm water is the key.
5.Relax Time And Sleep
I put this together because everyone has their way of relaxing. Sleep is extremely important, not only to be rested and fresh but also for the skin.
I can afford not to sleep well for two to three days. After that, I look like the bus ran over me.
Further, if you are tired and sleepy, even the best eye cream will not help you get rid of dark circles.
During the day, find time to relax. Put a mask on your face, coffee (or tea … or wine I don’t judge) in your hand, and enjoy. This is the best way to do something good for both the soul and the skin.
