The Best Exfoliators For Beautiful Skin

The Best Exfoliators For Beautiful Skin is a topic I like to talk about.
Skincare is extremely important. We all want soft, beautiful flawless skin. But with today’s pace of life, with a lot of stress and an unhealthy diet, the skin suffers more than ever.

Yes, stress, poor diet, every PMS will show up sooner or later on our skin.
I’m not saying that all this can be avoided, but with the help of scrubs and peelings, we can provide our skin with care and refreshment.

The Best Exfoliators For Beautiful Skin

Sugar

Sugar

Yes, sugar. Sugar may be bad for your health, but it is a great exfoliant for your skin. So, it’s the base for almost every DIY I do. Here you can see some of the great DIY I’ve done — click here and here. Further, you can use brown sugar or white. A little tip – if you have sensitive skin, you can grind it in a blender. The finer sugar will be mild to your skin. And if you don’t have time for DIY you can always buy great sugar-based products.

Coffee

Coffee

Oh yes, coffee. 🥰🥰I’m a big coffee fan. So I’m also a fan of almost every scrub that contains coffee. Here you can see my DIY with coffee and coconut oil if you are interested click here. Coffee is a great exfoliant, gently removes dead cells from the skin, plus smells wonderful. So, if you are not a coffee lover this is one way to enjoy it without drinking it.😉

Exfoliating Brush

Yes, brush. This is a very useful and effective product. It is a strong exfoliant and can be used dry or wet. You have to be careful if you have very sensitive skin because sometimes the brush can be too rough. It is great for removing dead cells from the skin.

Impressions

You must know what kind of skin you have. Whether the skin is sensitive, hypersensitive, not sensitive at all. Some products may be too harsh for you, so watch out for that. I am not an expert and this is my personal opinion. Before you try anything, do an allergy test.
