Pumpkin oil is our topic for today.
Do you know how I told you in the last blog that my scalp was itching because of the large amount of dry shampoo? Weeell…. that day I was walking around, scratching like a mad man.
So,after so much scratching I knew that I shouldn’t put anything aggressive on my scalp and that I needed something soothing, healthy and natural and this means-DIY.
Why pumpkin oil? To sum up, it’s one of my favorite oils. I like how it smells, it tastes great and I use it in really large quantities.
There is affiliate marketing on the site, which means if you buy something from the link I get a small commission, with no extra cost for you.

But,what do hair and pumpkin oil have in common, what do they have to do with each other, you may be wondering? I was surprised by this discovery too.
like I said I use this oil a lot so I did a little research on how healthy it is and I found (to my great surprise) that it is very good for hair.
Pumpkin seed oil

What’s this all about:
-nutty flavor
-is source of omega-3, zinc, high vitamins E content, and phytosterol
-help nourish your hair by making it soft
-can be used against scalp dryness
-can assist with hair growth
How to use it?
In short,I found the simplest possible recipe-pour some oil over your palms and spread it in circular motions around the scalp, massage well and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. After that, wash your hair with shampoo and lukewarm water.
Impressions

A very quick, easy recipe. I easily rinsed it out of my hair and the scalp is not oily (thank God). My scalp no longer itches me. Now I don’t know if it’s because of the oil or the fact that I rinsed the dry shampoo out of my hair but I strongly recommend this method because of the high amount of vitamins in the oil. Put pumpkin oil on the scalp and make yourself a salad with pumpkin oil.
So, attack your body with vitamins from the outside and the inside.
A little warning
If you are allergic to pumpkin seeds do not do this method.
