Schwarzkopf Pure color-review

A famous quote “If one says ‘red’ – the name of color – and there are fifty people listening, it can be expected that there will be fifty reds in their minds. And one can be sure that all these reds will be very different.” – Josef Albers

Hello, my beautiful people. I hope you all have a very nice week.

Today I’m going to talk about hair color.

This summer I wanted to get a little stronger hair color, maybe red or dark red.
While I was in the store I changed my mind and gave up that idea.
Although I didn’t dare to make a big change on my hair I still wanted to try something new. I found Schwarzkopf pure color-gel.

What attracted me to this is gel texture. I told myself why not what can go wrong.

First something about the products.

Schwarzkopf pure color-Gel Coloration

“Gives your hair bright, intensive, beautiful colors. Formula with Aloe Vera, Cactus & Jojoba provides incredible shine and an amazing soft touch.
The formula contains different levels of color pigments: permanent pigments which penetrate deep into the hair for long-lasting color, as well as direct pigments which add extra shine, brilliance, and intensity on top:” -writes on their website.
It contains 75 active ingredients, including vitamins A, C, E, B12, and choline.
Aloe Vera Gel is known for its moisturizing and hydrating properties, Cactus Flower extract is known for its skin smoothing properties, Jojoba is rich in vitamins and minerals that nourish hair, including vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin E, copper, and zinc. Easy and fast mixing no drip.
I bought caramel crokant 7.57. Here in Austria, it is called karamell-krokant but in English, it is Toffee addiction.

I’ve mixed everything and began to dye my hair. The texture is really interesting. Looks like strawberry jelly hahaha. Maybe it looks like a strawberry jelly but certainly doesn’t smell like that. The scent is not so intense. It can only be described as a mixture of chemicals and floral scents.

I applied a gel and waited for 30 minutes. It was really easy to rinse.

All in all, I was slightly disappointed with this color I chose. Call it whatever you like caramel, toffee or whatever it sucks.

The product is OK, I will use it in the future, but this shade never again. What do you think? Did you see the difference between before and after?

So let me know in the comments below.
